Membership is by application. All members have to apply and visit our Studio Lyfe North Hollywood location in person before applications are considered.

House Rules
Studio Lyfe Community is a private, selective studio space for artists, producers, managers, A&Rs, and serious creative professionals. Membership is granted at management's sole discretion.
Member Hours
Community access is 12pm to 12am, Monday through Saturday. Extended hours are for paid sessions only.
Room Use
Rooms are shared. During high demand, single-room use is capped at 3 hours and management may rotate rooms.
Priority of Use
Paid bookings, private sessions, and official events always take priority over general member access.
Guests
Guests stay in the room with the member who brought them and may not record.
Confidentiality
No recording or posting of unreleased music, private sessions, or clientele without express permission.
Conduct
Respect staff, members, and equipment. No weapons, violence, illegal activity, or harassment.
Membership FAQ
Is there a commitment?
First signup has no commitment, cancel anytime. If you cancel and later reactivate, a 4-month minimum commitment applies before you can cancel again.
How much do guests cost?
A flat $10 for a half day (6 hours) or $20 for a full day (12 hours). Guests must stay in the room with the member(s) they arrived with.
Can I book same-day sessions?
Yes, subject to room availability and engineer schedules.
Who is membership for?
Artists, producers, managers, A&Rs, and serious creatives. Engineers work with us as independent contractors and can earn a complimentary membership. Interested engineers should reach out via email or Instagram.
