Community Standards
Studio Lyfe Community is a private, curated space for serious creatives and industry professionals. Membership is selective and granted at management's sole discretion.
Member Hours
Community access is 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. Extended hours are reserved for paid studio sessions only.
Room Use
Rooms are shared community resources. During high demand, consecutive use of a single room is capped at 3 hours and management may rotate rooms.
Priority of Use
Paid bookings, private sessions, management operations, official activities, and special events always take priority over general member access.
Guest Policy
Guests are $10 for a half day (6 hrs) or $20 for a full day (12 hrs) and must stay in the room with the member who brought them. Guests may not record.
Volume & Etiquette
Play music at any reasonable level, but reduce volume immediately if it bleeds into another session. Stay respectful of everyone using the facility.
Confidentiality
No recording, streaming, or posting of unreleased music, private sessions, clientele, or confidential conversations without express permission.
Conduct
Treat staff, members, and equipment with respect. No weapons, violence, illegal activity, harassment, or damage to studio property.
Termination
Violating community rules may result in immediate suspension or revocation of membership without refund, at Studio Lyfe's sole discretion.
Membership FAQ
Is there a commitment?
Membership is $250/month billed automatically. Your first membership signup has no commitment — cancel anytime. If you cancel and later choose to reactivate, a 4-month minimum commitment applies before you can cancel again.
How much do guests cost?
Guests are a flat $10 for a half day (6 hours) or $20 for a full day (12 hours) — no monthly pass allotments, no rollover. Guests must stay in the room with the member(s) they arrived with and are not permitted to record.
Can I book same-day sessions?
Yes. Same-day booking is available for members, subject to room availability and engineer schedules.
